Anina Graham

For as long as she can remember, Anina has always had a passion for learning and understanding the functioning of the human body and the manner in which every single cell, tendon, ligament and muscle works together like a well oiled machine. She completed a degree in Human Movement Science at the now Nelson Mandela University in 2008. In 2009 she completed her Honours specializing in Biokinetics. She has spent eight years working in private practice in Johannesburg where she obtained experience and knowledge in orthopeadic and neurological rehabilitation, sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, postural abnormalities, cardiac and metabolic disease management and general health and wellness. During the past three years, she has focused on the treatment of spinal disorders and back and neck rehabilitation.

A university lecturer used to say: “We are wonderfully made”. It is truly amazing to see, with the right exercise prescription, how the human body can adapt and respond and the manner in which it can aid recovery, decrease discomfort and increase a person’s functionality.
